Social

Blog once. Post everywhere. Automatically.

ContentMate turns every published article into a week of social posts across every platform — including Google Business Profile, which no other tool does.

The problem this solves

Publishing consistently on social media takes 2–3 hours a week — writing captions, cropping images, logging into six different apps, remembering to post at the right time. Most businesses either burn time doing it or go quiet for weeks. Neither builds an audience.

How it works

Social Publishing, in detail

GBP posts included

The only SMB tool that posts to Google Business Profile

Google Business Profile posts improve your local search visibility and appear directly on your Google listing. ContentMate is the only all-in-one platform for small businesses that includes GBP as a first-class publishing channel — connecting your OAuth once is all it takes.

Auto-generated per platform

Every article auto-generates social captions

The moment an article publishes, ContentMate generates platform-appropriate captions for every connected channel — matching tone, length, and hashtag conventions for each. Facebook gets one version, LinkedIn gets another, Instagram gets another.

Data-driven scheduling

AI suggests the best time to post

ContentMate analyses engagement patterns from your previous posts and suggests optimal posting times for each platform. Your Tuesday posts get 3× more reach than your Friday ones? ContentMate surfaces that and adjusts your scheduling suggestions accordingly.

Questions

Frequently asked

Does ContentMate actually post to Google Business Profile?

Yes — and we're one of the only SMB tools that does. Once you've connected your Google account (which also enables Search Console and Analytics), your GBP listings are available as publishing destinations. Posts appear on your Google listing and can include images and CTA links.

Do I need to approve posts before they go out?

Auto-generated social posts are created as drafts — you review and schedule them. You can set posts to scheduled with a specific time, or use "Post Now" to push immediately. Nothing publishes without your action unless you explicitly set it to auto-schedule.

How does it connect to my social accounts?

OAuth connection — click Connect in Settings → Connected Accounts, authorise ContentMate, and you're done. For Facebook and Instagram you connect your Facebook Page; for GBP you connect your Google account. Tokens are refreshed automatically.

What happens if a post fails to publish?

Failed posts are marked with a "failed" status and you receive an in-app notification explaining why. Common reasons: expired token (reconnect your account), rate limit (ContentMate retries automatically), or platform API issue.
